Corporate Engagement Lead (Maternity Leave Cover)

Full time | Fixed Term (Late April/Early May – November /December 2026)

The National Farmers’ Federation is seeking an organised and proactive Corporate Engagement Lead to join our team during a maternity leave period.   This role supports the delivery of the NFF’s leadership programs and helps build meaningful engagement with partners, participants and alumni.  Ideally, this position is based in Canberra, however, consideration for remote work arrangements will be given to interstate, rural and regional applicants.

About the Role

Reporting to the Manager, Leadership & Events, your key responsibilities will include:

Program Coordination

•             Coordinating the Diversity in Agriculture Leadership Program.

•             Managing applications, participant communication, and partner liaison.

•             Assisting with event delivery, reporting and evaluations.

Scholarship & Leadership Program Support

•             Coordinating administration for the AgriEmpower Scholarship Program.

•             Managing agreements, workshop logistics and financial tracking.

•             Acting as a key contact point for internal and external stakeholders.

•             Drafting content for newsletters, social media, updates and events.

Corporate & Alumni Engagement

•             Supporting the development of a structured alumni engagement program.

•             Helping establish consistent communication and engagement processes.

General Contribution

•             Collaborating across the NFF team on organisational priorities.

•             Assisting with small scale events as needed.

•             Maintaining strong and professional stakeholder relationships.
