We are seeking Full-time / Casual NSW Licenced Security Officers to join our professional team on the Snowy 2.0 Project.

About the Role:
Location: Snowy Mountains region (Drive-In Drive-Out roles from Cooma, NSW – You must be prepared to travel to Cooma to commence your roster rotation)Roster: 14 days on, 7 days off – rotating day and night shifts. Candidates must be flexible to work across a rotating 14:7 roster based out of Cooma, NSW.Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Manage gatehouse operations and control access at construction sites.Conduct regular site patrols, both on foot and in vehicles.Oversee vehicle entry and exit, ensuring proper documentation and procedures.Respond to alarms and on-site incidents with urgency and professionalism.Accurately report and document incidents during shifts.Proactively identify and report hazards, ensuring site safety and compliance. Qualifications & experience
Mandatory skills, licences/qualifications:Current and valid NSW Security LicenceCurrent and valid First Aid Certificate (Inc. CPR)A valid and clean Driver’s License and own vehicleA clear Police Check within two monthsCertificate II/III in Security OperationsWhite CardFull, unlimited rights-to-work in AustraliaRequired attributes:Ability to work within a teamDe-escalation and conflict resolution skillsAbility to conduct foot and vehicle-mounted security patrols, and management of access control points for pedestrians and vehiclesExcellent communication skills – both verbal and writtenHigh level of customer service skillsHigh level of personal presentation, conduct, dress and deportmentA high level of computer and administration skills are preferred What Mondiaux Security offers:
