Office & Executive Assistant

Full-time (Flexible to Part Time) | Perth CBD

We are a privately owned family office with a diverse range of business and private interests. We are seeking an Office & Executive Assistant to provide direct support to our Directors and Executive team and to oversee the smooth operation of our office.

This is a trusted, central role within the business, ideal for someone who enjoys being relied upon, keeping things organised and supporting senior leaders in a professional private environment.

The role

Reporting to the Directors, you will act as the primary point of contact for the office while delivering high-quality executive and administrative support. The role combines traditional executive assistance with hands-on office management and coordination.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing executive assistance to Directors and Executives, including diary management, travel arrangements and general administration

• Coordinating meetings, meeting materials and supporting office events

• Managing day-to-day office operations, suppliers, contractors and IT support coordination

• Acting as the welcoming point of contact for visitors, stakeholders and staff

• Identifying opportunities to improve office systems and processes

About you

You are well organised, proactive and confident in managing competing priorities. You take pride in running an efficient office and supporting senior leaders in a calm, capable manner.

You will bring:

• Experience in an Executive Assistant and/or Office Manager role

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)

• A practical, service-focused approach and attention to detail
