Production Coordinator

Key responsibilities

• Work with Operations, Continuous Improvement Project Manager, and production team to plan, adjust, monitor, control and report on the start to end production/work schedule
• Communicates equipment, maintenance and other items required promptly to direct report
• Implements strategies as directed by direct report
• Oversees designs and compliance with stringent standards
• Communicates production updates with distributors
• Train Staff
• Performance manage team members
• Holds team accountable to SOP, Policies and Company values
• Lead and coordinate production team including performing 1:1’s and 360 degree feedback
• High level Safety and Quality oversight
