Media33 is an independent agency with 13+ years of experience helping brands shine brightly and succeed. We know the value of smart strategy, strong partnerships, and campaigns that deliver real impact. Now, we’re looking for a Traditional Media Executive to join our growing team.

About the role

This is a great opportunity for someone with a foundation in media planning and buying who is ready to take the next step. You’ll work across television, radio, out-of-home (OOH), and print, supporting the team in delivering campaigns that exceed client expectations.

You’ll also have exposure to digital publisher environments and social platforms, as our client group spans multiple categories, including DIY and FMCG, across the Australian and New Zealand media landscape. It’s a role designed to broaden your skills and help you build a truly integrated media career.

What you’ll do

  • Support the planning, buying, and implementation of campaigns across TV, radio, OOH, print, and digital publishers
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and media partners to ensure seamless campaign delivery
  • Assist with key documents including WIPs, post-campaign analysis, final buys, and contact reports
  • Manage timelines and help coordinate the flow of creative assets and media instructions
  • Provide input on reporting, insights, and client presentations to help bring campaigns to life
  • What you’ll bring

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a media assistant or media planning/buying role (agency background preferred)
  • Familiarity with traditional media channels and a keen interest in expanding into digital and social platforms
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A collaborative, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Confidence with Excel/PowerPoint and campaign reporting tools is a plus
