### Key Responsibilities:

– Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies, alongside light meals and baked goods.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area, including tables, counters, and equipment.
– Handle pos transactions and operate the point-of-sale system with a high level of accuracy.
– Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and ordering supplies as needed.
– Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation and a positive work environment.
– Address customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
– Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring compliance at all times.
– Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and maintain knowledge of menu items.

– Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends .
