– Manage cash register, process payments, and handle accurate cash transactions.
– Assist in inventory management, including receiving stock, monitoring supplies, and notifying the manager of shortages.
– Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance coffee knowledge and barista skills.
– Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and a positive working environment.
– Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and care.
