We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Casual to join our team at our new Clarks Shellharbour store. This temporary position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the retail industry. However , could possible be a progression into Part-time or Full time. As a Retail Casual, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the daily operations of our store, contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with their inquiries and provide product information
• Maintain a clean and organised store environment
• Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively
• Process transactions accurately at the cash register
• Support team members in achieving sales targets and store goals
• Participate in inventory management and stocktaking activities

Qualifications:

• No formal education required; however, a high school diploma is preferred
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and processing transactions
