Night Nurse – Active night shifts

We are looking for an experienced registered nurse to assist our young teenager who has a rare disease requiring overnight monitoring. This is an active overnight shift.

Duties include ensuring his Bilevel mask is positioned correctly; regularly monitoring his sats and temperature; repositioning and trouble shooting issues; assist with toileting and in the morning administering his PEG feed and medications. Our son is very social and so building a fun, comfortable rapport with him is also very important. Full and ongoing training will be provided.

We require care every night and so can offer between 1-4 nights per week for this position. Hours are from approximately 8:45pm – 7am. We provide a comfortable environment in a caring home. You will have all the relevant checks and documentation. There’s plenty of parking on site.
