We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a talented Warranty Manager to join our team at Austrack Campers! As a Warranty manager in the caravan and camping industry, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service and support. You will be responsible for: – Assistance in coordinating a small team of warranty admins and technicians.  – – Assistance in developing and implementing innovative processes that streamline our operations and improve the customer experience.  – – Lead, develop and guide the warranty claims team – – Responsible for responding to customer enquiries via email and phone – – Managing product fault requests and coordinating claim management.  – – Investigating customer queries and claims. – – Identify and implement process improvements within service operations – – Providing regular updates to customers and updating system records accordingly.  – – Working with management to review complex requests for guidance and approvals. To excel in this role, you will need to: – Have 2-3 years’ experience in caravan and camper trailer warranty department or automotive industry. – – Have 2-3 years of team coordination experience. – – Ensure that all repairs, reworks, and service calls are carried out efficiently and communicated effectively to the customer.  – – Keep customers updated on their claim status and any possible issues or delays in repairs or supply of parts. – – Be highly computer literate with experience in CRM software, ZOHO is our Software of choice. – – Exceptional attention to detail. – – Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.  – – Be a creative problem solver, able to identify and resolve complex issues efficiently and effectively. – – Possess a mechanical aptitude.  In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with an enthusiastic team within the caravan and camping industry, leading by example to drive operational success. You will utilise your strong people management, process development, and implementation skills to ensure our customers receive the high-quality service they expect from Austrack Campers.
