🌟 Position: Disability Support Worker

🌆 Location: Riverland (Berri, Renmark, Loxton)

🕒 Availability: Night shifts and weekends

📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized support to individuals with disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities and skills development.
• Foster independence and social inclusion.
• Ensure a safe and nurturing environment.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.

🎯 Qualifications and Experience:

• Certificate III or IV in Disability Support (or equivalent).
• Proven experience as a Disability Support Worker.
• Compassion, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
