The OpportunityIn this full-time role, you will partner with our clients to provide specialist technical support to deliver a range of sophisticated IT Projects. Through exceptional solution design, your focus will be on bringing plans to reality that solve real business problems and creatively foresee needs. Working closely with customers and our other teams, you will be the linchpin for the positive and successful outcomes we deliver. You will be experienced and confident in installing and configuring Windows server-based environments, installing and configuring network infrastructure and security and deploying cloud-based services (Azure / Microsoft 365). You will also guide and support our Managed Services team on escalated technical queries.
