About the Role
As a Senior Property Manager, you will take full responsibility for the management of a residential portfolio, with the support you need to truly focus on delivery exceptional service to both owners and tenants. Our structure is designed to provide end-to-end support throughout the entire investment property lifecycle. You’ll be backed by an experienced Growth and Investment Services team, dedicated portfolio support for leasing, inspections and administration, an escalations team to assist with complex matters, and a support team to cover your portfolio while you’re on leave. This allows you to focus your time and energy on what you to best, delivering outstanding service to your clients.
You may also have the opportunity to step into a mentorship role, supporting the development of a Property Associate, or explore leadership pathways by using your experience to guide and empower fellow Property Managers.

About You
Communication is a real strength, both verbal and written. You must enjoy engaging with an owner about their investment property and working to understand their needs and objectives. You are proactive, organised and have excellent attention to detail, you use all tools and are constantly learning about property investment and investing time in understanding new technologies to achieve the desired results. You also work on yourself to ensure you remain at the top of your game, perhaps you are one to help lead the change?
Essential requirements of the role:
- A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- A current driver’s licence
- Leadership or mentoring experience
- Previous experience in Property Management (three years or more portfolio management experience).
