– Assist in developing and updating the menu, including seasonal and specialty dishes.

– Train and supervise junior kitchen staff as required.

– Engage with guests to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to enhance their dining experience.

– Knowledge of various dietary requirements and ability to accommodate guests’ special requests.

– Current food handling certification (as required by local health regulations).
