Knight Frank Valuation & Advisory SA is one of Australia’s most respected independent valuation firms with 5 businesses in 4 states being part of a strong national and global network. Our Adelaide office is looking for a motivated assistant valuer to join our team.
About the role:
As an Assistant valuer with the Knight Frank Valuations team, you will jumpstart your career in the property valuation pathway. You’ll work alongside a team of experienced valuers, while gaining insight into the commercial and residential sectors of property.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting our residential and commercial teams in preparing valuation reports
- Assisting our certified valuers, working with their clients and streamlining communication
- Inspecting properties with certified valuers as required
- Compile market research and evidence to inform our valuers.
- Work collaboratively with our dedicated support teams to ensure timelines and targets are met.
Who we’re looking for?

- Anyone currently undertaking or recently completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Property) (Previously, Bachelor of Business Property) with the aim of becoming a certified practising valuer.

- Strong numerical skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Demonstrated evidence of excellent organization, communication, and time management.
