Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Product Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design process from conception to launch, ensuring that all products are visually appealing, user-friendly, and meet the needs of our customers. The Lead Product Designer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all design elements are aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from ideation to launch, ensuring that all products are visually appealing, user-friendly, and meet the needs of our customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all design elements are aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across all products.
• Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and ensure that products meet the needs of our customers.
• Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure that all design work meets the highest standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and incorporate them into our products as appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team of designers.
• Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
