Trainer and Assessor

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking qualified & experienced Trainer/Assessors for the following qualifications:

• Certificate III in Cleaning Operations
• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing & Disability)
• Certificate III in Community Services
• Certificate III in School Based Education Support

This is a Melbourne-based role with the flexibility to work from home, backed by a supportive and collaborative team headquartered in Southbank.

Full-time, part-time or casual positions will be considered depending on experience and qualifications held.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for:

• Assessing student work across our Learning Management System (LMS)
• Visiting trainee’s for workplace visits
• Providing feedback and coaching to guide students to success
• Working closely with other support staff to deliver outstanding learning outcomes.

WHAT YOU BRING

Suitable candidates will have:

• TAE40110, TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
• Relevant qualification at least to the level of the course being assessed
• Relevant industry experience
• Working with Children’s Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong digital literacy and confidence using online learning platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to self-manage and maintain high attention to detail
• A commitment to helping students achieve their goals
