The Role
Our Sous Chefs are not limited to the kitchen – we encourage you to gain sound understanding and insight into the mechanics of the business, including (but not limited to) recruitment, financial analysis, and product development. Our leaders oversee various departments and multiple sections.
Your experience managing the day to operations of the kitchen team will be really valuable as this isn’t just about putting good food on the plate but also your ability to manage and develop your people as well.
You will be responsible for inspiring and motivating your team to succeed. You’ll need a hands-on approach and deal with problems by offering practical solutions in a timely manner.
You will also need to have a basic understanding of the numbers side of things and be able to manage them closely.
