Results & Operations Coordinator (Registered Nurse – Non-Clinical Role)

Due to continued growth, we are excited to introduce a brand new role within our Warriewood Head Office. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to support the coordination of our national results process and clinic scheduling.
This is a non-clinical role. The successful candidate will not be required to perform any clinical assessments or nursing duties. Instead, the role focuses on results oversight, national nurse scheduling, operational coordination and process improvement across the business.
You may occasionally be required to assist the team by conducting assessments during periods of staff leave or illness.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse with experience in nursing administration or coordination who is looking to transition into a health operations role within a growing national organisation. Initial training will take place in Perth for approximately 2–3 weeks.
The Role
Working from our Warriewood Head Office, you will play a key role in supporting the Results Department and national clinic coordination, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of results to clients across Australia.
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
• Coordinating the national results process to ensure accuracy, compliance and timely delivery
• Monitoring turnaround times and ensuring results meet client KPIs
• Scheduling and coordinating nurses across clinics nationally
• Supporting doctor reviews, edits and internal quality checks
• Following up outstanding pathology, radiology and GP reports
• Ensuring documentation and reporting is complete, compliant and securely managed
• Maintaining accurate data entry across internal systems
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
• Supporting the day-to-day workflow of the Results Department
Please note:
You may also be required to conduct occupational health assessments, including functional capacity assessments, spirometry, audiometry, ECGs and drug & alcohol screening, depending on operational requirements.
About You:
To be successful in this role you will have:
• Registered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in nursing administration, coordination or similar roles
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation and medical reporting processes
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and working across multiple systems
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise competing tasks
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Ideally located on or near Sydney’s Northern Beaches
