Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in a fast-paced café environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and excellent customer service skills. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages to our customers while providing exceptional service.

Skills:

1. Previous experience as a Barista in a café or similar setting

2. Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, roasts, and brewing methods

3. Excellent customer service skills

4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

5. Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing coffee beverages

6. Strong communication skills

7. Ability to work well as part of a team

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner

2. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently

3. Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages, drip coffee, teas, and other drinks according to established recipes

4.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café counter area

5.Handle cash transactions using POS system

6.Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly manner

7.Assist with restocking supplies as needed

Qualifications:

1.High school diploma or equivalent

2.Previous experience as a Barista preferred

3.Food handling certification is an asset

4.Availability to work flexible hours including weekends

5.Ability to stand for long periods of time

6.Excellent multitasking abilities
