Customer Care Representative

Great customer care isn’t just about answering questions. It’s about taking ownership and making sure the customer gets the outcome they were promised.

At Intrim, we’re looking for an experienced Customer Care Representative who cares about getting things right, communicates proactively and follows things through.

You’ll be a key connection between our customers and our Operations, Logistics and Sales teams, helping ensure orders are processed accurately, customers are kept informed and issues are resolved rather than simply passed on.

You’ll be someone who:

• Loves creating a great customer experience
• Takes ownership and closes the loop
• Communicates clearly and confidently
• Has exceptional attention to detail
• Can manage multiple priorities
• Looks for solutions rather than just identifying problems
• Enjoys working across teams to get the right outcome for the customer

You’ll manage customer enquiries, process orders through D365, maintain customer information in Zoho CRM, coordinate with Logistics and Operations, and proactively communicate order and delivery updates.

Previous Customer Service or Customer Care experience is essential. Experience with order processing, logistics, CRM or ERP systems is highly regarded.
