We welcome EOIs from candidates with experience or interest in roles such as:\

• Local Area Coordinators (LAC)
• Team Leaders / Program Coordinators

About the Opportunity

By joining our disability services talent pool, you may be considered for upcoming vacancies across a range of programs delivering information, linkage, capacity building and direct support.

Positions may be full-time, part-time, casual or fixed-term depending on program needs.

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• A passion for supporting people with disability to achieve their goals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships
• Understanding of the NDIS, person-centred practice, and community inclusion (or willingness to learn)
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
• Good organisational and digital skills, including confidence using client information systems
• Relevant qualifications or a commitment to further training
• A current driver licence and willingness to undertake required safety checks
