Are you passionate about supporting older people to live independently, stay connected to their community, and maintain choice and control in their daily lives? Intereach is seeking expressions of interest from motivated and compassionate individuals who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older Australians.

We are looking to expand our Aged Care Services team and welcome EOIs from people with experience or strong interest in roles such as:

• Community Support Workers
• Domestic Assistants
• Service Support Officers
• Rostering Coordinators
• Care Partners
• Community Transport Drivers and Coordinators

About the Opportunity

By joining our talent pool, you may be considered for upcoming vacancies across a range of aged care programs, including Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), Home Care Packages (HCP), and other community-based services.

Roles may be full-time, part-time, or casual, depending on program needs and your availability. You can express your interest to work in any Intereach office location.

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• A passion for supporting older people to achieve their goals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in aged care, community services, disability or related fields (or a willingness to learn)
• An understanding of person-centred practice, wellness and reablement, and consumer-directed care
• The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Relevant qualifications or a commitment to undertake training
• A current driver licence and willingness to undertake required checks
