From 24‑hour support and towing to accident replacement vehicles and repair coordination, we manage the entire process so our customers can get back on the road with confidence.
We pride ourselves on exceptional customer care and are looking for dedicated Customer Care & Claims Support Consultants (Entry Level) to join our growing team.
About the Role
As part of our North Sydney team, you will be the first point of contact for customers who need clear guidance and reassurance during a challenging moment. You’ll receive full training — no prior industry experience required.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls with customers
- Providing quick, accurate, empathetic support
- Liaising with Insurance Providers regarding claim details
- Capturing customer information and completing data entry
- Escalating cases to other teams or Team Leaders when required
About You
You genuinely understand what great customer service looks and feels like. You’re the type of person who naturally builds trust, communicates clearly, and always tries to make someone’s day a little easier.
You will thrive in this role if you are:
- Customer‑focused and willing to go the extra mile
- A strong communicator with great rapport‑building skills
- Reliable, organised, and comfortable in a team environment
- Calm under pressure, with a positive attitude
It’s beneficial (but not essential) if you have:
Customer service experience (retail, hospitality, call centre, admin)
Conflict management skills
Strong problem‑solving ability
Time‑management and organisational skills
