Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages according to company standards

2. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling transactions accurately

3. Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar area, equipment, and utensils

4. Keep track of inventory levels and restock supplies as needed

5. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

6. Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred

Certification in barista training is a plus

Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Must be legally eligible to work in Australia
