As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Telecommunications Project Manager to join our team. About the Role The Telecommunications Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering telecommunications projects across commercial, government, and remote NT sites. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a small business environment where accountability, flexibility, and initiative are valued. You will oversee projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities – Manage end-to-end telecommunications projects (Procurement, installation, commissioning, handover) – Cordinate field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. – Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and risk registers – Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders – Ensure compliance with NT regulations, safety standards, and industry requirements – Prepare project documentation, reports, and progress updates – Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiencies – Support tender preparation and project scoping when required Skills & Experience – Proven experience in telecommunications project management – Strong understanding of structured cabling, fibre networks, wireless systems, or similar telecom infrastructure – Experience managing projects in remote or regional areas (desirable) – Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills – Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously – Strong organisational and problem-solving skills – Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools – Current NT Driver’s Licence – White Card (required) – Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Telecommunications, or Engineering (preferred)
