Reporting to the Group Accounts Manager, we are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join our Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process invoices in accordance with company policies and payment terms.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly payment runs (EFT, BPAY, cheques).
  • Maintain vendor records and ensure data accuracy in the financial system.
  • Respond to supplier and internal queries professionally and efficiently.
  • Code and match purchase orders and invoices.
  • Assist with month-end processes, including accruals and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with GST and other tax-related requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve AP processes.
  • Support audits and provide documentation when required.

Minimum Requirements

  • Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or finance role (typically 2+ years).
  • Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (desirable).
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, Dynamics or Xero).
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational. time management skills and communication skills.
