Summary:

The BSB Trainer and/or Assessor will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge across all industries. This role requires a strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to assess and provide feedback on performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging training programs to meet the specific needs of employees in various industries.
  • Assess employee performance through observation, testing, and other evaluation methods.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to enhance employee performance and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training materials and resources.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure training programs are current and effective.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessment data.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, evaluations, and certifications.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of training policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • TAE40116 Certificate IV or higher
  • BSB50120 Diploma in Business or higher
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Experience and knowledge of Vocational Education and Training VET industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
  • Ability to assess student academic performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Proficient in using technology for training delivery and evaluation.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience working with International students
  • Ability to adapt to different industries and customize training programs accordingly.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to student centric approach
