Germax Interiors is seeking a skilled Joiner/Cabinet Maker to join our team in our workshop located in
Greenacre, NSW. This full-time role will see you play a key part in the fabrication of bespoke joinery and furniture for commercial projects.
What you’ll be doing
- Reading and interpreting design specifications to produce custom joinery and furniture
pieces
- Operating woodworking machinery such as saws, routers, and sanders to fabricate
components
- Maintaining a safe and organised workshop environment
- Collaborating with the production team to ensure projects are completed to the highest
standard
What we’re looking for
- Completed trade qualification in Joinery, Cabinet Making or a related trade
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Cabinet Maker or Joiner in a workshop environment
- Able to interpret detailed shop drawings
- Proficientin the use of power tools and woodworking machinery
- Strong
attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must hold valid Australian work rights
