Summary:

The Executive Assistant/marketing plays a crucial role in supporting senior management by providing high-level administrative assistance. This position is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of the office, facilitating communication, and managing schedules. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external clients.
  • Coordinate and organise meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
  • Conduct research and compile data for various projects and presentations.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
