About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Copywriter to join our Marketing team and create clear, compelling and customer-focused content across a broad range of channels. This is a fast-paced role that will see you working across campaign marketing, website content, email, SMS, social media, advertising, print and internal communications. You’ll play a key role in bringing our brand voice to life, turning complex information into simple, engaging messages that build trust and drive action.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating engaging copy for marketing campaigns, websites, landing pages, email campaigns, SMS, social media, digital advertising, print collateral and sales materials.
• Partnering with marketers, designers and stakeholders to develop high-impact campaign copy and clear messaging frameworks.
• Writing customer communications that support onboarding, engagement and service delivery.
• Adapting content and messaging to suit different audiences, channels and objectives.
• Contributing ideas that improve campaign performance, customer experience and communication effectiveness.
• Leveraging customer insights, data and AI tools to continuously refine and improve content outcomes.

 About You

• 3+ years’ experience in copywriting, content development, communications or a similar role.
• Strong experience writing across multiple channels, including advertising, social media, digital content and print communications.
• An adaptable writer who can confidently switch between creative marketing copy and clear operational messaging.
• Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills with a strong eye for detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative team player who enjoys partnering with marketers, designers and stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
• Experience in aged care, health, home care or other service-based industries is highly regarded.
