Site Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities

• Schedule trades & materials to ensure hebel cladding, render and paint jobs across Sydney and NSW are completed successfully, within budget and required timeframes
• Liaise with clients to manage their expectations and keep them well informed, to ensure they are happy with our work
• Inspect job sites to ensure they are safe (meeting WHS requirements) and ready for our trades to commence work
• Inspect jobs to ensure they are completed to a high standard of quality
• Keep a record of all activities relating to the job in our cloud-based job management system
• Travel to job sites across Sydney & NSW

Skills & Experience

• Solid technical knowledge of residential building & construction (on-site experience, particularly with Hebel, Render &/or paint preferred)
• Ability to read and understand construction plans
• Strong communicator
• Good organisation and problem-solving skills
• A driven team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment and can work unsupervised
• Sound technical skills for use of computer & mobile devices – navigating emails, job management system & inspection reporting app
• A Construction Induction White Card or relevant State card
• A valid driver’s license
