About the Role

The Hyundai Facilitation Manager oversees the Carlton Football Club Hyundai fleet and membership business through Carlton’s corporate database and membership network, as well as working closely with Hyundai Fleet Sales teams and Sales Managers at Hyundai dealerships to strengthen existing client relationships and identify new opportunities for business development within the wider Carlton business network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the sales facilitation plan across both consumers and corporates.
  • Work collaboratively with the Partnerships team on a return on investment (ROI) strategy including Business to Consumer (B2C) marketing initiatives, lead generation and sales plan.
  • Lead facilitation of value creation for Hyundai as part of the Carlton IN Business (CIB) Member Network and corporate sales strategy, including delivery of partnerships assets relating to car sales.
  • Create and manage the pipeline for fleet development and conversion.
  • Lead and collaborate on all internal marketing initiatives and create awareness around player, staff and family offers leading to sales.
  • Develop a dedicated Hyundai CRM with sales cycle with the support of the Commercial Marketing and Administration Coordinator
  • Be a conduit for customers and Hyundai dealerships, supporting the customer journey alongside Hyundai.
  • Maintain regular communication with Southern Region Hyundai and national dealerships, keeping them up to date across Carlton sales, marketing/sales initiatives, updates to cash back offer, fleet pricing and other relevant information.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Hyundai Head Office marketing and partnerships teams.
  • Work with the Partnerships team to create and develop marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Club’s Hyundai Partnerships Account Manager to create campaigns that connect with Hyundai and its dealer network, leading to opportunities for sales or experiences.
  • EDM content ideation and creation, providing briefs for support from internal design and marketing departments.
  • Develop detailed presentations regarding key initiatives to share with internal teams and Hyundai Head Office.
  • Engage with external stakeholders by conducting site visits and occasionally working off-site at Hyundai Head Office or Hyundai dealership locations.
  • Ensure up to date sales reporting, identifying sales categories and including all required documentation as agreed between Hyundai and Carlton Management
  • Maintain and provide accurate physical and digital records of pipeline, sales facilitation and relevant corporate connections.
  • Attend Carlton corporate events to network and identify prospects, alongside promoting the Hyundai corporate offering.
  • Assist and support with all Hyundai activations and events, including leading car facilitation where required.

Experience, Skills and Attributes

  • Previous experience in customer-focused environment.
  • Genuine interest in and sound knowledge of the motor vehicle industry.
  • Sales experience in the automotive after-market field would be advantageous.
  • Demonstrated understanding and experience in using data generated through marketing initiatives and strategies to convert sales.
  • A team player with the ability to collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understanding of corporate and membership communities and an appreciation for creating a quality customer experience.
  • Proven ability to maintain and leverage CRM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of MS Office suite.
  • Ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles.
  • A team player with the ability to collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • High level of interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Process-driven and committed to following the required procedures.
