ECS Botanics is seeking reliable and motivated team members to join our Outdoor Harvest & Processing Crew for the upcoming season.

📍 Location: Near Swan Hill, Victoria

📅 Duration: Approximately 5 weeks (with potential for extension)

About the Role:

You will be part of a team responsible for:

  •     Outdoor harvesting

 •     Bucking and trimming

 •     Processing and handling plant material

 •     Maintaining clean and organised work areas

 •     Supporting daily operational targets

 •     Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

 •     Strong attention to detail

 •     Reliable and punctual

 •     Team-oriented mindset

•     Comfortable working outdoors

Requirements

•     Own transport (site located near Swan Hill)

•     Valid working rights /appropriate visa

•     Police check

•     Ability to commit for approximately 5 weeks
