The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced PayGlobal Business Consultant to join our growing team based in NSW. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients to implement and optimise payroll and workforce systems, while contributing to the success of a rapidly expanding consulting organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyse client requirements across Payroll, HR, and Workforce Management systems
  • Configure and implement software solutions aligned with client needs
  • Conduct testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Manage data migration activities including cleansing, mapping, and transfer
  • Deliver system training and support end users during rollout
  • Provide troubleshooting and resolution of technical or functional issues
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure successful project delivery
  • Maintain documentation of system configurations and processes
  • Build strong client relationships through high-quality consulting and support
