We work with clients all over New Zealand, providing expertise and support to the Dairy, Meat, Beverage, Geothermal, Forestry, Energy and Building Materials Manufacturing industries.
We support our clients throughout the entire project lifecycle from initial investigations, feasibility studies, and front-end engineering, through to detailed design, construction monitoring, site supervision, and leading or undertaking commissioning activities.
Our engineers and designers are seldom bored. We work on diverse and interesting projects requiring superior engineering and design skills to solve complex and challenging problems. We design various mechanical services, piping systems, and plant for industrial sites, including water, steam, compressed air, chemical, effluent and refrigeration systems. We also specialise in pressure equipment, pressure piping and seismic design of storage tanks and mechanical structures such as pipe racks and platforms.
Our project and design managers support our clients by managing the design and execution of small, medium, and very large projects. We specify, tender, award, and administrate contracts and lead the construction monitoring and commissioning of the systems and services we design.
Many of our staff become chartered engineers and we foster an environment to support and assist developing our staff to meet their career goals.

Your Profile:
- Credentials: Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with 4-5 years’ experience. CPEng (EngNZ) or well on the pathway. 2 years of consulting experience would be great.
- You get excited by good old fashioned engineering including, mechanical stress analysis, structural and seismic design, fluid dynamics, and pressure drop calculations, control valves and pumps, thermal analysis, and heat exchange, developing functional descriptions and control systems, 3D design and beautiful engineering drawing.
- You are a true engineer: You are smart, capable, and competent and can sort problems. You like to know how things work and how to get things done and you can apply your engineering skills in both a technical and practical way. Your attention to detail sets you apart.
- You are a professional: You know how to conduct yourself. You treat others with respect. You are calm under pressure, and you will get the job done. You have technical expertise and can make good engineering judgments.
- You are a good communicator: Not only are you good at maths, but you can talk to people. You are confident and not afraid to provide your two cents, but you also know when to listen to others. You can talk to clients without getting into trouble. You can write great reports and emails without using AI.
- You are going places: You have a growth mindset. You have goals. You are keen to learn and develop your existing engineering skills but also want to develop project management and business skills. One day you want to be both a technical expert and take part in running an engineering consultancy or even your own business.
