Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced Engineering Team Leader to oversee and manage our engineering team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team in the development and implementation of engineering projects, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • The Engineering Team Leader will also be responsible for managing the team’s performance, providing guidance and support to team members, and ensuring that the team is working effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the engineering team, providing guidance and support to team members
  • Develop and implement engineering projects, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Manage the team’s performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to team members
  • Ensure that the team is working effectively and efficiently, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that engineering projects are aligned with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and suppliers
  • Ensure that all engineering work complies with relevant regulations and standards
  • Manage the team’s budget and resources, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within an engineering team
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in developing and implementing engineering projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
  • Experience in managing budgets and resources
