Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team at DigitalMaas. In this role, you will be the final piece in our sales assembly line, playing a critical part in our targeted account-based marketing (ABM) approach. You will be responsible for closing deals by educating potential clients on their challenges, creating urgency, and driving the value of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the final stage of the sales cycle, from conducting product demonstrations to closing deals.
  • Educate potential clients on their problems and how DigitalMaas can provide effective solutions.
  • Create a sense of urgency to drive decision-making and ensure timely deal closures.
  • Collaborate with Lead Development and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to seamlessly transition leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Utilise HubSpot CRM for managing all sales activities, information, and lifecycle automation.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to refine our offerings and improve the sales process.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in the SaaS or digital marketing industry.
  • Strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) and sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, particularly HubSpot.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
