Due to our most recent growth, we are currently looking for Concierge personnel who are looking to up-skill and join a workforce that are passionate about providing service excellence.
This particular opportunity is a Monday to Friday salaried position based in, Brisbane CBD 4000. The right candidate will be an enthusiastic and welcoming person who is passionate about delivering a great experience to tenants and guests as they enter and exit the premises.
About the role
The position is responsible for providing tenants and guests with a friendly and knowledgeable presence whilst ensuring all requests, and actionable items are attended to. You will be responsible for building relationships with tenants, guests and stakeholders along with communicating regularly with Senior Management to provide updates and arrange specific activations and the like.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Greeting all incoming and outgoing persons
Manage front desk
Assist with tenant and guest needs and inquiries. Escalate issues to proper channels to ensure quick and timely inquiry resolution
Assist in the planning and management of activations
Manage administration tasks
Ensure common areas are kept clean and tidy, and re-ordering stock when necessary
Contribute to marketing and social media presence
Maintaining records, completing necessary paperwork, and using the company supplied computer
Providing information and directions, explaining rules and regulations to tenants and guests
Maintaining a working knowledge of the location and of various restaurants, cafes, transport, emergency services, etc.
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
Well groomed
Be able to walk and stand for long periods.
Great people skills
Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
Exceptional communication, both verbal and written
Knowledge of building management systems
Work as part of a team
Experience in customer service roles
