Medical Receptionist

Our integrated approach combines prescribing and compounding services under one roof, ensuring seamless care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
• Manage appointment scheduling, medicare billing and patient records
• Coordinate with on-site compounding pharmacy
• Handle phone inquiries regarding our services and treatment processes
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to TGA guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years experience in a similar role in a medical or healthcare setting
• Previous experience using Best Practice and HotDoc software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• A strong work ethic, with the ability cover for personal and annual leave when required
• Proficiency in medical administrative tasks and patient management systems
• Availability to work across a Monday to Saturday roster
• Mature candidates encouraged to apply
