Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial operations of the company. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner. The Senior Accountant will also be responsible for preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and providing financial advice to the management team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the financial operations of the company
- Ensure that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Analyse financial data and provide financial advice to the management team
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Manage and oversee the budgeting process
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws
- Manage and oversee the accounting team
- Provide training and guidance to the accounting team
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
