– **Material Handling**: Select and source appropriate materials for various projects while ensuring cost-effectiveness and sustainability.

– **Tools and Equipment**: Use a variety of hand and power tools effectively and safely to complete carpentry tasks.

– **Collaboration**: Work closely with other tradespeople, such as electricians and plumbers, to ensure seamless integration of their work within carpentry projects.

– **Compliance**: Adhere to safety regulations and building codes, ensuring all work is performed in accordance with legal and quality standards.

– **Site Preparation**: Prepare construction sites by providing protecting services, estimating material needs, and securing workspaces.

**Qualifications:**

– Completion of Year 10 or equivalent; higher education levels preferred.

– Relevant trade qualification in Carpentry (e.g., Certificate III in Carpentry).

– Previous experience as a Carpenter or in a relevant trade role is highly desirable.

– White Card (Construction Induction Training) certification.

– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

– Knowledge of Australian building codes and safety regulations.
