Over the last 12months we have expanded our alcohol range into the NSW/VIC market and are excited to grow our local presence by hiring a New Territory Manager based in Brisbane as we enter the QLD market.

Responsibilities
- Primary responsibility will be hunting out new retail outlets in the off premise liquor market. Need to be motivated to get out and cold call into stores.
- You will be responsible for managing the relationships with existing liquor customers.
- Analysing sales data and reporting.
- Planning an efficient call cycle to ensure all customers are being visited regularly.
- Negotiating display opportunities of stock and signage within stores to ensure maximum brand awareness.
- In-store merchandising + building displays.
- Ensuring store compliance.
- Monitoring competitor activity and general market trends.
- Processing customer orders where required.
- Exceeding assigned KPI’s.
- Managing in-store tastings (this includes management of a team of casual tasting staff).
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
This is a SALES role, a great attitude and energetic personality is required, a large portion of this role will be hunting for new business so you must be comfortable with being on the road and talking to new potential customers.
You will have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience and understand the principles of merchandising and maximising brand awareness.
Experience within the alcohol sector, particularly off premise would be very beneficial.
You have the ability to analyse sales data and use this to plan efficient call cycles, negotiate with stores and identify patterns and areas of strength/weakness.
You are savvy with technology. You can work your way around a computer + smart phone with ease and are competent in Microsoft Excel.
You will be flexible in your work and hold a valid Australian driving license given the travel involved in the role.
