Summary:

As a Barista in the vibrant hospitality and tourism sector, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality beverages. Your expertise in coffee preparation and your passion for creating a welcoming atmosphere will enhance the overall experience for our guests, making you an integral part of our team in Australia.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to customers
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and seating area
• Engage with customers to provide a friendly and welcoming service
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred
• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
• A passion for coffee and a desire to learn more about the industry
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
