Our Halls Gap venue, Silverband Lodge, is located within the spectacular landscape of Grampians National Park (Gariwerd). Across both sites, we provide warm hospitality, comfortable accommodation, and breathtaking natural surrounds, welcoming schools, families, and community groups to connect, explore, and create lasting memories.
With more than three decades of experience delivering outdoor programs and unforgettable events, Cave Hill Creek and Silverband Lodge have hosted thousands of students, couples, families, and community groups. From lakeside weddings to multi-day camps and retreats, we offer the space, support, and scenery to help guests slow down, come together, and make memories that last.
We are seeking qualified and experienced Outdoor Activity Instructors / Group Leaders to join our innovative and customer-focused team, delivering programs across both of our venues. This role requires the successful candidate to work across both venues, supporting programs and guest experiences at each location as operational needs require. Team members will play an active role in delivering high-quality outdoor experiences across both locations.

The job
Primarily to instruct and lead specialised outdoor activities and / or lead groups on residential and journey based camps. The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate a commitment to outstanding customer service, professionalism, motivation and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Your qualifications
• Tertiary qualification (Degree or Cert IV) in Outdoor Education/Leadership or similar, and / or relevant experience
• Abseiling, canoeing, swimming, high ropes & bike riding accreditation desirable
• Senior First Aid (Wilderness desirable)
• Working with children check, police check and driver’s license essential.
