Catering HQ is seeking an Event Operations Supervisor to help run functions and events at the amazing venue Brighton Lakes Golf Club. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our talented and passionate team.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate with co-workers and management to solve problems and improve quality and service
• Work with the team to execute a variety of functions and events for our customers
• Understand and anticipate customer needs and aim to exceed these requirements
• Provide exceptional quality, consistent service throughout the event
• Assist in reaching business goals and objectives as set out by management
• Lead the team to work efficiently, ensuring perfect execution of the event from set up to pack down

KEY QUALITIES:

• Must have a minimum of 1 years’ experience a similar role
• Excellent supportive and leadership skill set
• Exposure to rostering and people development
• Have a strong customer service focus
• Professional, upbeat and friendly personality
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Positive and flexible attitude
• Highest level of presentation and grooming standards
• Fantastic people management skills and professional nature
