ABOUT THE ROLE

Communicating with your landlords and tenants

Overseeing leasing and lease renewals to keep your landlords happy

Conducting entry, exit and routine inspections on a wide variety of properties

Promptly attending to maintenance requests

You will have the support of a Leasing Manager to assist you with showing vacant properties plus a Property Management Administrator to assist you with reconciliation, invoicing, lease renewals and routine scheduling.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

QLD current Driver’s Licence

QLD current Certificate of Registration

Extensive local Property Management experience

$85,000 – $95,000 plus superannuation
