About the Role:

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will:

  • Lead, motivate and empower a passionate outbound sales team
  • Coach & mentor your team daily to maximise results
  • Drive B2B revenue growth in the SME market
  • Uplift customer experience through quality conversations
  • Ensure CRM & lead flow performance is always optimised

About You:

You’re a natural leader who loves building winning teams. You’ll bring:
