What You’ll Be Doing

• Hunting outbound and engaging real SME decision-makers across Victoria
• Running confident, structured qualification calls
• Uncovering genuine opportunities and qualifying needs
• Booking in high-quality, sales-ready appointments for our Victorian BDMs
• Handling objections like a pro and progressing prospects to commitment
• Smashing KPIs across appointments booked & sales

• Proven outbound B2B/B2C appointment setting / sales experience
• A track record of booking appointments that convert to revenue
• Sharp commercial instincts and strong questioning skills
• Confident, professional phone presence that commands respect
