We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) with proven outbound B2B experience to secure high-quality, sales-ready appointments for our Business Development Managers.
This is a pure outbound role and is not entry-level.

Outbound B2B calling to SME decision-makers (cold, warm & targeted prospecting)

Qualifying opportunities across telco, hardware, AI, print, and security solutions
- Identifying genuine commercial need, authority, timing, and intent

Securing commitment and booking sales-ready appointments

Objection handling and progressing prospects to next steps
- Maintaining CRM accuracy and appointment quality standards
- Consistently achieving KPIs for appointments booked, show rates, and conversions
