We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) with proven outbound B2B experience to secure high-quality, sales-ready appointments for our Business Development Managers.

This is a pure outbound role and is not entry-level.

🔥 Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound B2B calling to SME decision-makers (cold, warm & targeted prospecting)
  • Qualifying opportunities across telco, hardware, AI, print, and security solutions
  • Identifying genuine commercial need, authority, timing, and intent
  • Securing commitment and booking sales-ready appointments
  • Objection handling and progressing prospects to next steps
  • Maintaining CRM accuracy and appointment quality standards
  • Consistently achieving KPIs for appointments booked, show rates, and conversions

  • Competitive Base salary (OTE $120k +++)

  • Proven experience in outbound B2B appointment setting / telemarketing / sales (non-negotiable)
  • Track record of booking qualified appointments that convert
  • Strong commercial questioning and qualification skills
  • Confident, professional phone presence with SME decision-makers
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and results-driven
